Borth Animalarium
Located just off Borth high street this really is a great day out.Most of the animals kept here are unwanted exotic pets from monkeys to a lynx. You can hand feed the monkeys and other animals in the centre. There are daily pony rides, a reptile show and other daily activities. A personal favourite of ours for a family day out.
The Centre for Alternative Technology
The Centre for Alternative Technology includes a water powered cliff railway, transport maze and fascinating solar powered interactive displays.
Magic of Life Butterfly House
See free flying tropical butterflies, exotic plants and giant caterpillar displays.
King Arthur's Labryrinth
An undergroung boat will take you through a beautiful waterfall and deep into the spectacular caverns while you listen to tales of king Arthur and other ledgends.
Vale of Rheidol Railway
Take a trip on the Vale of Rheidol miniature railway to Devils bridge. Here you can seethe three bridges over the river, along with the famous 300 foot Mynach Falls, the Devils punch bowl and Jacobs Ladder.
Aberystwyth Castle
Aberystwyth Castle dating back to 1289 has some fascinating remains and is a great area for picnics.
